That is my kind of craft project. It looks fabulous and a great one to do with the girls. I saw some similar on pinterest which I did at my family learning group last year. Nice one! Jo x
That is so simple, it's genius...love it! I am debating about whether to even put my my tree this year, since I'll be traveling so much over the holidays. Clearly I need to get into the Christmas mood! Take care and have a great week!
Oh my gosh Nicole.. this is perfect! I struggle to find very simple crafts for my class... They all have SEN and I have lots of gross motor/fine motor impairments but these... these they so can do! We could even cover them in glitter- my class love glitter! Thank you xxx
I have to say that I did a lot of fun things with my kids growing up, but we didn't make ornaments. I still have all the ornaments they made at church, but none that we made.
Cute. I admire how you are always doing things with your beans. They are very fortunate to have such a great Mom. I always seemed to busy or tired from working all day to do much with my daughter in the evenings. I wasn't the best of Moms, but I guess it worked out okay, cause she's almost 25 and still my best friend and has come home to roost again, at least for awhile until she flies off again. She's going to Peru in January and will be gone for 6 months. I'm not sure how either of us will survive without the other since we've never been farther than a few miles apart. It will be an adventure for her and I'll probably just hibernate until spring. Have a nice week with your kiddos! Cindy
How pretty, Nicole! Your beans must have had so much fun making these. I love the blue disks - These would make lovely gifts on a package, too. Thanks for sharing. Hugs xo Karen
I like quick & fun ideas like this. Which reminds me of another simple idea for reindeer ... I'll post about it soon (I have a few decoration ideas I want to share). Enjoy your day Nicole! Wendy x
A nice simple little ornament. I also really like the Christmas balls you and the kids made a few posts back. I may have to steal these ideas for my husband's cub scout group. I bet their parents would love them.
Those look like fun! Have you ever made the folded paper stars that you dip in paraffin, then sprinkle with glitter? We used to make those when the kids were small.
You are so clever!! xx
